A $50 deposit is required to reserve your Brite Creek Farm Holiday Turkey.
Our turkeys are raised on our sustainably-grown pastures in an ideal environment for them to thrive. Moved 2 to 3 X per week to fresh pasture, always outside in the clean mountain air, pecking, scratching, and foraging as they would in the wild. They are supplemented with 100% GMO and pesticide free grains and are protected in our pastures by our livestock guardian dog Braun.
We have 3 sizes of birds for delivery November 19th – 23rd or December 18th – 21st. Many sites suggest 2 lb of turkey per person.
11-13 lbs- $10.99 per lb
14-16 lbs- $10.75 per lb
18 to 20lbs- $10.25 per lb
If you are only placing a deposit on a turkey please select the shipping method “Turkey Deposit Only!” You will not be charged a delivery fee.
If you are adding to an existing monthly order please select your usual delivery method.
We will not be shipping turkeys in 2024. Only available for delivery or farm pick up.
Supply is limited. A $50 deposit reserves your bird. The total will be added when we pack the actual bird for the order. You will be charged the remainder based on weight and price per lb minus the $50 deposit the week prior to delivery.
Birds are delivered frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Pastured turkeys will cook faster and are better at a lower temperature. Cook at 325 for app 8 to 10 min per lbs of bird. Use a meat thermometer to determine when done. Most sites recommend 2 lbs of turkey per person.
