For Christmas, Turkeys will be delivered the week of December 14th-19th. Birds arrive frozen with giblets.
Our turkeys are raised on our regeneratively grown pastures in an ideal environment for them to thrive. Moved 2 to 3 X per week to fresh pasture, always outside in the clean mountain air, pecking, scratching, and foraging as they would in the wild. They are supplemented with 100% GMO and pesticide-free grains and are protected in our pastures by our livestock guardian dog Braun.
Many sites suggest 2 lb of turkey per person.
This is the entire cost of the bird. In prior years, we called to charge you the balance after the deposit. This year you are purchasing the entire bird before delivery.
12-13 lbs (Feeds 6-8)
14-15 lbs (Feeds 7-9)
16-17 lbs (Feeds 8-10)
18-19 lbs (Feeds 9-11)
20-21 lbs (Feeds 10-12)

We will be shipping turkeys in 2026. Cost is $35.00 for shipping. Turkeys ship frozen and without ice so they will start to thaw.
Cooking Instructions: Pastured turkeys will cook faster and are better at a lower temperature. Cook at 325 for app 8 to 10 min per lbs of bird. Use a meat thermometer to determine when done. Most sites recommend 2 lbs of turkey per person.
